A) We provide a 7-day hassle-free only return policy from the date of delivery. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 100 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual clothing item.
B) “We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return the item and place a new order.”
C) Please return your product(s) in the same condition as they were received. If the products are returned in poor condition or show signs of use, a refund will not be issued.
D) Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account. Refunds for Prepaid orders would directly be initiated to the source account and COD orders will be refunded on the account details/UPI you provide.
E) Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable.
F) NOTE For orders with the 'Buy 2 @799 , BUY 3 @1099' and 'Combo Offers' , Return and exchange are not allowed. So please check the size chart proper according to your body for perfect fit.
G) Cancellations will only be possible if and till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
