What is the WOXEN multi-buy offer?
Buy any 1 shirt for ₹499, any 2 for ₹899 or any 3 for ₹1,199. Mix designs, colours and sizes. The bundle price is applied automatically in your bag and at checkout – no coupon code needed.
What if I buy 4 or more shirts?
You pay ₹1,199 for three shirts and ₹499 for every extra shirt. For example, 4 shirts cost ₹1,698.
Which shirts are part of the offer?
All shirts priced ₹499. You can see them all in our Offers collection.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on all prepaid orders, with no minimum. Cash on delivery orders have a ₹50 COD charge, shown at checkout.
How long will my order take?
We dispatch within 24–48 hours. After dispatch, delivery takes 3–5 business days depending on your location. You can check an estimated date with your PIN code on any product page.
Do you ship outside India?
Not yet. We currently ship only within India.
How do I track my order?
You will get tracking details by SMS, email and WhatsApp once your order ships. You can also use our Track Your Order page or see your orders in My Account.
What is your return policy?
You can return items within 7 days of delivery, unused and in the condition you received them. A reverse pickup fee of ₹100 per order is deducted from the refund. Orders placed with the multi-buy offer (2 for ₹899, 3 for ₹1,199) and other combo offers can’t be returned or exchanged. Read the full Return and Exchange Policy.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don’t offer exchanges at the moment. If you need a different size, please return the item and place a new order.
When will I get my refund?
Please allow 7 days for the return to be processed. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method; COD orders are refunded to the bank account or UPI ID you share.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, until it has been dispatched from our warehouse. See our Cancellation Policy.
How do I choose my size?
Every product page has a size guide with chest, shoulder and length measurements. Our shirts come in S, M, L, XL and XXL.
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI, debit and credit cards and cash on delivery, through our secure checkout.
